Licence for placards
The artist team „atelier KUNSTKOMMT!“ allows the usage of the command placards private and for participation in the art campaign.
The usage of placards and images has the following Creative Commons-Licence:
Attribution, Non-Commercial, No Derivatives. It allows you to download the placards and share them with others but you can’t change them in any way or use them commercially.

Usage of uploaded images
With an upload of images in the photo gallery you take part in an art project. That means that the artist team “atelier KUNSTKOMMT!” gets automatically the right of free publication in in their artwork such as installations, exhibitions, print-products, etc.. atelier KUNSTKOMMT! does not pay any charge for uploaded photos.
You are not allowed to publish your photos with command placards off the commands art project.
The artists are members of the German collecting society: VG Bild-Kunst, Bonn.
Allowed images
You can upload any photography that shows a command placard as part of the image and which you have taken personally. You must be the author of the photo and be sure that you do not injure personal rights of other parties. Uploading of photos of other people or with persons unasked on the picture is a criminal act.
Upload rules
You can upload photos as *.JPG and *.TIF files with 2 MB size maximum and width or height with 2048 pixels maximum. In the form field “Photo Upload” of the PHOTO GALLERY you can choose only one file and upload it but you can use the upload procedure repeated and send as much miscellaneous photos you want for the gallery. The upload in the gallery is free of charge, without registration and authentication. Thus the images are not displayed automatically in the gallery, the user has no personal access.
Dubious content excluded
It is not permitted at all to send photographies with extremist political statements, glorification of violence or pornographic content or images that injure personal rights. Therefore any picture is checked by the artist team and is shown afterwards in the gallery. The photographer as author of the picture is in every case responsible for the legitimacy of the publication.
Placarding in public space
Placarding wild on electrical cubicles, bridgeworks, dust bins, trees or on advertising pillars is strictly forbidden. Wild placarding is avenged with high administrative penalty and removed with costs!
Agreement
With the usage of the placards and through the upload of images in the gallery the user agrees with this terms of use. All participants accept these terms and conditions.
